1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Our Services

Imagine Installations provides kitchen, bathroom and media wall installation services across Scotland's Central Belt, generally within 25 miles of Glasgow. The precise scope of work for each project will be agreed in writing before any work commences.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are fixed once a written agreement is signed, subject to any agreed variations
  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work may affect the final price and will be communicated in writing

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to secure your installation date — the amount will be agreed in your quote
  • Stage payments may apply for larger projects and will be outlined in your written agreement
  • Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of the work
  • We reserve the right to pause work if agreed payment milestones are not met

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring reasonable access to the property during agreed working hours
  • Providing accurate measurements or access for our team to measure the space
  • Informing us of any known issues with the property (e.g. damp, structural concerns) prior to work starting
  • Securing or removing valuables and fragile items from the work area

6. Project Timelines

We will provide an estimated timeline as part of your quote. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. supply chain delays, unforeseen property conditions). We will communicate any changes to your timeline as soon as possible.

7. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you have concerns about the workmanship following completion, please contact us within 30 days and we will assess and address any genuine issues. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Imagine Installations will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the works carried out under the relevant agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or postpone your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has commenced. We will always try to work with you to find a fair resolution.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
